DP World Constanta is recruiting for the “Customer Service Officer” position within the Commercial Department, according to the below details:

1. General description of the job

The job holder will have as main responsibilities tariffs, rates and customer data updates, as well as the drafting and the observance of the existing commercial contracts clauses.

2. Main responsibilities

As a "Customer Service Officer", the holder will have the following responsibilities, as defined in the job description:
- uses the Navis Express application to update tariffs, rates and customer data;
- periodical preparation of different types of specific reports as daily volumes, monthly revenues from various activities etc.;
- drafts and updates the contracts concluded with Company's clients in it’s areas of responsibility;
- establishes together with Company's customers the invoicing methods for the services provided by the terminal;
- analyzes and checks customer’s requests, formulates  and sends official responses to them;
- organizes meetings with Company's clients in order to clarify their problems and requests.

3. Required qualification and experience

In order to participate to the selection process, applicants must meet the following qualifications and experience requirements:

  • graduate from secondary education and qualification in the field (eg. economics) or higher education;

  • 5 years experience or graduate experience (for situations the applicant is a graduate of a higher education institution).

4. Other job requirements

  • PC requirements - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Navis Express.

  • Medium-advanced English.

  • General commercial law: contracts.

  • General economic knowledge: commercial, financial, economic analysis.

    - Driving license category B.

5. Behavioral requirements

In order to fulfill the responsibilities of "Customer Service Officer", the job holder should demonstrate:

- flexibility and adaptation to new situations and requirements;

- good abilities to organize the activities and processes;

- the ability to identify customers' needs and to seek solutions to their issues, demonstrating their concern towards them;

- rapid reaction in emergency situations;

- the ability to work in teams and to complete the role of their colleagues.
