Equipment and Infrastructure Assistant Department

Schedule and control the execution of the activities of preventive and predictive maintenance of all the port equipment, as well as the corrective maintenance required, coordinating and supervising the work of the staff under supervision, to ensure the proper operation and maintenance of the port equipment, according to the established availability and reliability goals.

 

  • Preparation of maintenance reports, control and monitoring of area indicators (KPI).
  • Develop and keep updated classified records of internal and external documentation, associated with regulations, procedure manuals and documents requiring follow-up.
  • Monitoring and control of certifications applicable to port equipment (Maritime Authority and others).
  • Carry out the control of compliance of documents of the members of the work team.
  • Periodically deliver reports of activities to executives.
  • Review of documentation related to technical specifications for purchases, management of service contracts, supplier management, etc.

Prepare or direct requests of materials and spare parts orders

Experience
  • University degree, professional with experience in similar positions.
  • Mechanical Engineer or Technical Mechanical Engineer / Electrical Engineer or Technical Electrical Engineer / Industrial Engineer or Technical Industrial Engineer or related training.
  • Predictive maintenance and equipment reliability analysis
  • Root Cause Analysis and critical fault management
  • Knowledge of equipment operations that are used in the port operation (dock cranes, Reachstacker, H360, cranes forks, mechanical shovels, loaders, among others).
  • Advanced Office management.
  • Management of e-mail and technological tools for administrative use.
  • Management of work teams and supervision experience.
Minimum 10 years of experience in similar positions
Qualifications
  • University degree, professional with experience in similar positions.
  • Mechanical Engineer or Technical Mechanical Engineer / Electrical Engineer or Technical Electrical Engineer / Industrial Engineer or Technical Industrial Engineer or related training.
