About the Role

The two Pavilion Operations Managers will work on a rota system to be the onsite personnel responsible for the functional operations of the Pavilion. Similar to a venue manager in a hotel or similar establishment they will manage and co-ordinate the relevant contractor team including HSSE / security / cleaning / facilities management / catering / IT & Telecoms etc. 

Key Accountabilities

Situated within the Pavilion Leadership team, this role will be the ‘right hand person’ to the Pavilion Manager, reporting any functional issues or concerns during the daily morning meetings as well as throughout the day. 

 Close collaboration with the Pavilion Operations Producer to co-ordinate staffing levels and contractor presence in line with wider stakeholder programme & public presence within the Pavilion. 


Qualifications & Experience

Experience of Venue Management and/or Hospitality Operations, the successful candidate will have solid experience of managing multiple teams

Ability to manage functional teams and senior stakeholders through excellent communication skills
