About the Role

The Portal Coordinator will be key support role for the Operations Manager. They will work together to manage relevant contractor teams to ensure functional operational success within the Pavilion. Key administration tasks will include, communication, scheduling, key documentation updates, financial administration etc. 

Key Accountabilities

This role will also own and manage the EXPO portal, a complex and involved system to log deliveries, crew, scheduling etc. The two Pavilion Portal Co-ordinators will be the only members of the Live & Ops team to have access to the Portal so will be the experts and leads for this process, ensuring DPW Pavilion follows protocol and process set by the EXPO team.


Working closely with the Guest Management team and Team Welfare Co-Ordinator to receive live data relating to crew and staffing for the Portal. Also key integration with Programmes Producing team for any portal data and updates relating to stakeholder groups or Pavilion requirements. 

Qualifications & Experience

Excellent experience of systems management

The ability to use initiative with systems and portals.

Very structured and organised
